Almost 50 Years in North Alabama

I've lived here for close to 50 years. This isn't a market I studied in a book. I know these roads, these neighborhoods, and these school zones because I grew up here, raised a family here, and I'm not going anywhere.

When you work with a local agent, you deserve someone who actually knows the difference between neighborhoods, not someone who just pulls comps from the MLS. That local knowledge is something I bring to every transaction.

Why I Got Into Real Estate — And Why I Stay

Honestly, it's a combination of things. I love this community, and I wanted to build something here that actually serves it. But the deeper reason I stay is that buying or selling a home is one of the biggest decisions most people ever make. And the agent you choose matters a lot more than most people realize going in.

I've seen what it looks like when that goes well. And I've seen what it looks like when it doesn't.

How I Work

My standard is simple: I treat every client the way I'd want someone to treat my own family.

That means I'm going to tell you the truth, even when it's not what you were hoping to hear. If a house isn't worth what a seller is asking, I'll tell you. If the timing isn't right for you to sell — I'll tell you that too. My job isn't to just push a transaction through. My job is to make sure you come out the other side of this with no regrets.
